Located on Highlandview Street in Moncton, this new apartment building is scheduled to begin construction in 2024. This 38 unit apartment building is in a well-sought out area in Moncton, and is paired with a beautiful stone and wood design to complement the rest of the neighborhood.

This new build apartment building is located in the core of Greater Moncton - near the University, Hospitals, and general amenities. This project was intended to bring some newer designs to a more traditional area. Moncton is expanding and we believe that Landrik Properties is bringing new and fresh living to the community.

Located on Bourque Street, in Dieppe, these two new apartment buildings are scheduled to begin construction in 2024. These two 12 unit apartment buildings are part of phase III of our Bourque development. Next to this apartment, are our well sought out townhouses. We tried to compliment the buildings with similar design and material choices.

Bourque Townhouses
Dieppe, NB
These townhouses were finished in two phases - totalling 12 townhouses. Phase I consisted of the first 6 townhouses, then Phase II consisted of the other 6 townhouses. Both phases complimented eachother beautifully, yet still had some differences to appeal to different demographics. These townhouses were Landrik Properties first new multi-unit construction project. Located on Bourque Road in Dieppe, these townhouses feature great views of the Fox Creek, as well as a brand new walking and bike path that connects to the rest of Dieppe's growing network.

Scandinavian Farmhouse
Moncton, NB
Located in a newly developed and highly sought out street in Moncton, this beautiful house combines the best of scandinavian and farmhouse features. The sleek and modern finishes leave room to add their high-design finishes. These clients worked very closely with our friends at Extreme Kitchens in order to achieve some custom and clean-cut features. A beautiful backsplash window and custom pantry door made their design that much cooler. Let's also not forget about their waterfall edge countertops. These happy clients did not spare any details to make this truly one of a kind and comfortable for their growing family.

Scandinavian Home
Moncton, NB
This beautiful nordic and scandinavian inspired new build was newly constructed in 2024. The combination of stone, metal, and wood cladding brings a different design to the Greater Moncton area. The interior design includes stone accent walls, quartz backsplash, and a large open concept pantry, which adds that touch of *wow* to the rest of the muted and minimalist design. It also includes floor to ceiling windows and a pellet stove to achieve those cozy nordic vibes that can be appreciated through the seasons.
